We have won Foreningen Maker's competition with this project, which enabled us to participate in Distributed Design to Improve Life summer school in 2021. There we were able to bring Human to Human project to life and host two exhibitions with other competition finalists in Copenhagen.
It started out as a school project about loneliness due to discrimination in the LGBTQ+ community. Our challenge was: how might we reduce discrimination by re-defining the sexual norms and create compassion, using storytelling?
We have conducted multiple interviews and workshops with the people from LGBTQ+ community, where we have collected 31 personal stories about stigma and stereotypes based on sexuality. In the end we have created a website where we shared the audio files of the stories being read out loud.

PROCESS
Photos of the process: co-creation stories workshops with people from LGBTQ+ community. The goal was to collect personal stories about stigma and stereotypes based on sexuality.
VISUAL IDENTITY
We chose rainbow gradient colors for the visual identity to represent gender fluidity and diversity. We were also inspired by sound waves, as a symbol of storytelling and giving voice to people from LGBTQ+ community.
SOLUTION
For our final solution we have created a website, where we have gathered personal stories about stigma and stereotypes related to sexuality. Our goal was to share these stories with others in order to create awareness and show that we are all humans behind the labels.
